We help thousands of people every year.
How can we help you?
Healthy Families is a home visiting program for first time parents under twenty-one. The Home Visitor assists the family in goal setting, providing parenting information and developmental screenings. This program is completely voluntary. Our outpatient clinics offer a comprehensive range of mental health and behavioral health services for adults, children and adolescents. Our FOCUS program utilizes a collaborative, strength-based approach with the families by applying motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care. Our Southeast Alternative School serves medically stable students who are challenged by learning and/or emotional disabilites and Asperger's Syndrome and related communication and social skill issues. Intensive Foster Care provides stabilization to foster children with a variety of clinical, behavioral and familial needs. Our Adoption Program provides a comprehensive network of support for all types of adoption which include: pre-adoption counseling, home study, parent preparation, support through the referral process, assistance in identifying a child for adoption, post-placement support and adoption finalization, and post finalization services. The Total Achievement Program (TAP) serves youth who have emotional disabilities and are in need of consistent, intensive, therapeutic support to maintain their current placements at home, in a foster home, and in school. Hillside Adult Day Health Center serves as a community-based, cost-effective, long-term care alternative for frail elders and disabled adults. This safe and caring environment supports individuals who live at home or with family members.
"We couldn't hope for anything better. We are grateful for all the kindness and support we receive constantly."
