Empowering Today’s Teens (ETT) is a dynamic
youth development program where teens develop
positive community connections and civic pride
through conflict resolution, community service and
volunteerism. ETT helps youth develop leadership
skills, encourages pro-social life choices and helps
youth make a real difference in their school and
community. ETT trains teens in evidence-based
violence prevention, conflict resolution, restorative
justice, bullying prevention, substance abuse
prevention and peer mentoring models. ETT teens
then present these concepts to younger students in
after school and community programs.
