Journey Home is a newly developed group home
program of Community Care Services. Like its
name, the program is designed to assist youth as
they begin the journey of hope and discovery and
navigate through the obstacles of life to find a way
home. Its mission is to serve adolescents who
present with multiple issues and behaviors and
transition them into stable foster homes as quickly as possible.

In 2008 100% of our Journey Home residents did in fact "journey home," with 83% moving to specialized foster care homes and 17% returning to their families of origin.
